E.G. Harvin has been a self-employed business owner for over forty years and had dealt with hundreds of employees, both his as well as those from his friend’s businesses. E.G. is now president and CEO of the Insurance Associates of the Palm Beaches, Inc. E.G. is very well qualified when it comes to knowing what traits are missing in the lives of employees.
E.G. wrote this book because he has a real passion for children. He feels strongly that our middle and high schools across the country could and should be doing more, not only to prepare our children for the work place but for life in general.
E.G. was born in North Carolina where he grew up on a farm as the youngest of five children. He moved to Connecticut at the age of nineteen where he met Donna and was married in 1967. His wife passed away in July of 2015. He has one daughter, one son, six grandchildren, one great granddaughter and one great grandson. E.G. and Donna have resided in West Palm Beach, Florida since 1995. E.G., in his spare time, works with two different non profit organizations, both of which are fully committed to improving the lives of young people.
It is our desire, our goal, and yes our promise to do whatever we can do in order to enhance the lives of children, young adults, as well as employees.
